The room is very comfortable, big room with really nice bath room. However the breakfast is not up to standard of what its valued. Anyway you could always have dinner in sutos area with many choices of dining places. Still i think it is priced to expensive. Fortunately I got discounted price.

The staff were very attentive, courteous and friendly.Check-in and check-out were very fast. Next to Surabaya town square where you can have wide array of dining choices-local, Italian,Japanese,Malaysian,Thai,Chinese and globally known Cafes.Being centrally-located, i get connected with my friends easily.The room is spacious,the bathroom has a tub and shower area separately. Security is good. Free Wi-fi in the room,free internet access in the lobby,free minibar, good cable channels and wide selection for breakfast also room inclusive. I just miss the swimming pool. I had a wonderful trip in a nice hotel,i will definitely come back.worth the money.
