Poslovni potniki Australia, 10. april 2013	the worst hotel experience i have ever had! leaving and knowing i never need to return was the best part of the stay 3 the hotel staff are untrustworthy, unprofessional, unreliable, and rude we got totally let down by reception who failed to book a cab despite us asking twice. then sat in reception an hour waiting, they lied and said it will be here soon, and it wasnt until we pressed them they admitted they failed in their duty. as a result we missed the meeting which was the the only reason for our trip, and the hotel was unapologetic and simply didnt care. worst hotel experience i have ever had. stay away from this place if you can not to mention, no windows in the room, at breakfast the donuts are unfortunately the best option as the rest was all local food (no eggs even), and the rooms have interconnecting doors that all sound passes through so you have no privacy at all. a terrible experience in kl staying here!

Bathroom is properly clean, however there's some stain in shower curtain, but it's not a big deal anyway. Location is quiet and close to Tesco. The staffs are really helpful.

The room is clean, modern design and good fragrance in the air. 6,7 I went for business, got a nice, classy design and clean room. Quiet environment to sit and think. Nice new surrounding environment, feel safe. Sure I will come again if I were to travel alone.
