The staff were friendly and a butler carried my bag to the room. The room and hallways were very modern and clean. The room was large with a window overlooking the city. The shower and aircon worked well. Breakfast was the usual fruit selection with a choice of cooked meal and tea/coffee. All in all rather posh! The name fits the bill.

We were also quite pleased with our room, the size was just right and it was very well appointed. We didn't expect 5 star quality of course for the price we paid, but our expectations were adequately met. Location is great as well and you can easily find public transport to go around.

The hotel has signs for muslim travelers to refer to when they need to pray, i think this is very thoughtful. The only not-so-good thing is that when I wanted to shower in the morning, the water came out from the water heater was not hot. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Walking distance from the hotel to the Chiang Mai Gate and the old city, at night there are some stalls selling delicious Thail snacks opening along the path near Chiang mai gate.

The Hotel reception staff especially the 2 ladies on duty during the day were extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean. Good location as the Saturday night market is just at its door step.

The room is clean and the overall quality of this hotel was more than I paid for. The hotel staff is very friendly and speak good English. Although my request was very last minute, they kindly organized my travel tour. I am very pleased to stay at the hotel. Wi-Fi is strong both in the lobby and hotel rooms. In terms of its location, although it is right near the old city of Chiang Mai, the main busy area is on the different side of the old city which takes quite long time to get there by foot. I have rent the motorbike (right near the hotel), and so going to different places was easy and smooth. if you only intend to just walk around, it becomes a bit tiring and time wasting. All the rooms are non-smoking and you need to step outside for smoking every time. It is not convenient for smokers.
