I stayed 7 days in this hotel. The room was cleaned and sheets changed every days. The furniture is old but clean and in good condition; the King size bed was confortable . Everything worked: hot shower, fridg, air con. Even if located in Pattaya center (at walking distance from the beach), the hotel is far enough of the main street to ensure quiet sleeping. There is a large pool too. A very good value for the money.

Stay there for 12 days.very close to everything.The staff is very nice and always smiling.They can plan a day trip and i went to 2 trips that they recomended.I will stay there again.and they have a pool wich is very cool

the staff is polite and knowledgable. the rooms are clean and plenty big enough. the beds are very firm, maybe too firm. the hotel is about a block off pattaya soi song (pattaya road 2) so if is pretty quiet. i didnt eat the morning breakfast so i cant comment on that but there is no room service which is fine because there are several restaurants on the same street. their cab service to bkk is only 900 baht. 9/10 for the money.
Hotel Feature Tip:
bring a lock for your safety deposit box because there in no safe in the room. its mostly a no frills hotel but the pool is decent. be prepared...the hot water is warm at best. the laundry service seemed expensive so try the laundry service next door.

Could be noisy up to 2.30 a.m. No wifi connection outside of reception,even this could be hit and miss.Had some cock roaches in bathroom on 4th floor.
Some issues with air con as the compressor servicing lower floor is siuated on balcony on 4th floor outside room.Could be noisy if occupants have it on all night.
Sun lounge coverings were never cleaned in 30 days I was there.
Nightlife Tip:
Good for noisy night life and shopping

Hotel is old but they try to keep it presentable. first room the bed was hard as the flood, but we did get a softer bed the next night. Water pressure very low.
Hotel Feature Tip:
I asked the rate before checking with my reservation to find their rate was about $1 lower and their rate included free breakfast (for 2)

stayed two week's and had a great time.good hotel in a great location.very clean hotel with delightful cleaning staff that come every day and do a very good job.there is a very nice pool setting on location and the recepion staff are more than helpful should you need any help.well worth the money.
