So it means in peak season value for money could be insufficient.

Pari France, 24. marec 2013	Quiet and convenient place Its central location, the balcony with a view and its free highspeeed WiFi connection. 5 This small & modern hotel is well located at Soi 1. It is simple with no frills. The Superior room I had on the 6th F was very spacious with a King-size bed, a desk and a sitting area. The nice addition was the bay window opening on a balcony with a view. Actually, there are two opposite view: one across on the Gulf of Siam and the bay; one below on trash! The room was very clean. There were no hangers for clothes but they provided some after request. The room has A/C (it had to be fixed because it was not working well, but again they fixed it quickly). There is a refrigerator with drinks (they provide two complimentary bottles of water a day), a flat screen TV, towels for the pool (on the 3rd F) and free WiFi connection. Breakfast was mostly for Asians, but you can get toasts, pancakes or French toasts, insipid sausages and ham, colorful fried eggs and a drinkable coffee or orange juice. Do not eat at the restaurant: prices are twice more expensive than anywhere else. In Thailand, you can have lunch right on the beach. Vendors keep passing all day long. The beach is right across the street from the hotel. So this is a simple and convenient place to stay in this highly touristic place, which is now invaded by grumbling and unsmiling Russians addicted to drinking. This may have affected the quality of service at this hotel where the staff does not seem to belong to the 'Land of Smiles' anymore.
Marius H. Pari Germany, 14. marec 2013	Ocen view with very nice rooms Ocean view above 3rd floor, nice room, easy access to Pattaya 7,3 The rooms are quiet big and clean. I stayed in the 6th floor and also had a very nice partial ocean view. The hotel is located near beach road and so you can easily access Pattaya though the bath busses there. Also nice restaurants with excellent food around there. Good place to stay.
