great room but poor service
large room, modern, comfortable bed, large clean bathroom, fully equiped with electronic controls

the front desk and spa service was excellent. however, the service in the kitchen was very poor. the electricity went out for 4 hours and the restaurant offered other guest cold food and bread but wouldn't offer anything to us. very poor service from the kitchen. we waited for the electricity to come back on and it was still before closing time and they still refused to make us anything to eat.

Great relaxation trip - total comfort

My stay at the Foto Hotel was awesome. The room was pretty - exactly the same as the photos seen on Agoda. View was definitely great, with the bath tub at the balcony an added plus. Food at the Tiffin Mama was good, though a bit more expensive than what you can get outside.

One of the best hotel experiences
The scenery at the pool area is superb especially during the sunset. The hotel design is really chic and morden, the room is super big and comfortable.

Everything about this hotel is so perfect, from the design of the room to the friendliness of the staff. It is a really beautiful hotel that i cant describe in words, it really a hidden gem among all the luxurious hotels in Kata. Would definitely want return for another stay soon.

We stayed 4 night at Foto, Kata, it was absolutely amazing!! Location - like other reviewers mentioned it was located on the hill, quite a work out going up but we were fine with it, fun. 10 mins away from the beach, hotel has shuttle bus to the from the beach which was convenient. Room - super comfortable bed, nice design, bath tub in the balcony, spacious room and super clean, loved it so much. Rooftop pool is speechless, lots of lounge area around the pool. Perfect spot for sunset.

What a pleasant surprise, this hotel has a very cool rooftop space where the pool, bar and restaurant are located. The view is incredible, overlooking the beach and ocean, and a prime spot for sunset. The room itself was spacious, with a huge bed and very effective air conditioning, and some nice free extras in the mini bar. Very friendly and helpful service.
