A pleasant stay
Central location, great staff, comfortable room for the price

The hotel is located centrally to shopping, restaurants and transport and i an easy walk to many of Adelaide's sights. The desk staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.Some parts of the hotel show a little wear but the rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The combination of location and room standard made it god value for the price.

We didnt get the room we wanted but the staff managed to upgrade us to the highest floor & good view

The stay was very pleasant as we were able to travel by foot & tram to get to the destinations we visited without any issues.

Largely good but a few weak issues

1. The bar advertised a $5 schooner at "Happy Hour" for most nights of the week. On the one night we chose to ask for this we were told it was not available-but that's not what the sign in the elevator said.
2. When we checked in the young man who helped us was excellent. He took a $200 scan of our credit card as deposit-fine. But when we checked out there was no explanation about what would happen to that, as we had not used hotel food or drink.
3. The mattress on the bed in our room is due for disposal. It was hideous.

Disappointed -advertising picture does not represent the actual hotel. room was apparently clean but found hair in bathroom basin. using the tv was not intuitive. no information was supplied to help explain how the tv operated.
