the Norfolk hotel was fantastic. The room was ready on time. The view and the modern furniture terrific. I was disappointed with the fact that I specifically asked for an early check in (as our our flight arrived at 7am out of Melbourne and we weren't allowed in until 2pm) and also another car space and we were told NO to both as they were fully booked at Easter, but the carpark was way less than half full at all times and there were not a lot of people around the pool or in the lift/reception areas. I do not believe they were anywhere near full so I don't know why our requests were not allowed. Also, there was no-one in the reception area for checkin or checkout, in fact the reception area was closed / unmanned for the whole 4 days over Easter. 1 roll of toilet paper just didn't cut it for a 3 bedroom apartment over 4 days!!! Apartments great, service - dismal.

Excellent furnishing with fantastic view

Don't be fooled by the exterior of the hotel, although it's an old building but the rooms are well appointed with modern luxury touches. Although we arrived in our room with dining lights that won't switch on and a broken door handle, it did please us to find all essentials provided, all 3 rooms were clean and tidy.
The apartments is not centrally located next to surfers paradise CBD however it is only a 5 minutes drive to the CBD. Although the apartments was rated 4 stars it does not have a gym, other features are well above standards, we were please to find that sound proofing between each units were very well done. We will be using this apartment again.

Great view of the beach
Great kitchen and living area. Out door balconies to sit, relax and enjoy the view. Tennis court, swimming pool and sheltered bbq area. Very welcoming and helpful receptionist.

stayed during the cyclone on australia day weekend. despite the weather, enjoyed a wonderful time with mates. the apartment was fully furnished, and comfortable enough to be indoors. used the kitchen and the lounge area in the apartments and made great food and had great bonding time with the mates.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to the beach, restaurants and transport that can take you to desired theme parks.

Clean luxury apartment with everything provided
Comfortable beds, great view, everyone friendly.

Restaurants and shops within walking distance, main beach across the road, perfect for stay out of the busy area.
Restaurant Tip:
Takeaway available at Thai, Chinese and Indian restaurants.

Lovely unit on high floor overlooking water

A great secure unit, kids loved the pool. Although they said it was heated, still extremely cold. The air conditioners did not work in our room and would not have wanted to stay past September without it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy walk to Tedder Ave for the shops and something to eat.

Nice place
Hotel Manager and Reception Desk are friendly and helpful. Apartment is of good size, have nice view. The kitchen is well equiped for self cooking.

no worry at all for 9 persons. Furnitures are quite new and comfy.
A bigger swimming pool and a gym would make it a better stay.
