City bus at door, adjoins Sandy Bay shops supermarkets restaurants,although on a major road noise is minimal. 7,3 The sofa in my room is well past its use by date. It was unsuitable to sit on because it sinks so low that the facia board cuts into your thighs. The exhaust fan in the kitchen area is not effective. The bed mattress is developing a hump.

The bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom downstairs, very frustrating at 2am. There was no airconditioning or ceiling fan in any room. There was 1 fan available to cover living area and bedrooms so most nights it was a sweatathon. Although it was a 2 bedroom apartment the lounge only sat 2 adults. The shower was a nightmare with the hot water changing to cold very often and my pet hate the toilet paper was cheap 1 ply. We bought our own T.P. Would we stay again, NO.

Družine s starejšimi otroki Australia, 3. februar 2013	very central location central to city, casino, restaurants and markets 8,7 we have stayed here many times and find it very comfortable, clean and central for our needs, very reasonable charges and very pleasant staff. It is an older style hotel but extremely clean and comfortable with small kitchenette in all rooms but restaurants are within walking distance. cannot fault in anyway.
Liam F. Poslovni potniki Australia, 2. februar 2013	Never again!! The room for improvement in service is a grerat challenge 2,7 I made a reservation four days in advance and paid for it. When I got the confirmation the reservation was for the next day!! Whether the error was down to me or the website is irrelevent.I could not change it or cancel it on the website.I telephoned the hotel who were adamant that the reservation could neither be changed or cancelled.I asked for a refund but was told this was impossible.According to the website I could contact a Customer Service agent but no details are given as to how to do this. I believe that the hotel could have helped me if they had wanted to but the lady I was put through to should not be allowed to deal with the public. She impressed as being particularly unhelpful and/or stupid. The hotel had vacancies. They offered me a reservation for the correct night. But could not change a reservation to this night, five hours after it was made. I have stayed at this hotel before. But will never do so again. I lost my money and no-one was willing to help me. Hotel Feature Tip: Avoid like the plague.

Close to the wharf for the ferry to MONA Close to the casino Close to the city
Tamar H. Pari United Kingdom, 2. januar 2013	Excellent Sandy Bay Location but no WiFi ! Good kitchen facilities and a lovely bathtub for a soak! Close to a couple of big supermarkets 9 This is a great place for self catering there are a couple of big supermarkets, bottle shops as well as a bakery and a butchers n walking distance. Having recently changed hands the wifi is no longer connected by we were advised that Doctor Syntax a bar close by would help and they were more than happy to supply wifi vouchers for us and also the beer and wine ! Staff were always on site and the laundry really useful Nightlife Tip: There is a super bar called The Peachers down the hill towards Salamanca on the road, behind the car park with multiple craft ales and a big , relaxed beer garden. The Shipwrights arms in Battery Point is an historic pub, good value bar food (didn't try the bistro although it looked very nice) and in walking distance of the motel. The Mayfair or Duncan's on Sandy Bay road also recently changed hands and the pub isn't yet on its feet but the bottle shop behind it is far better for value and selection than the 9/11 chain shop.

Pari Australia, 2. januar 2013	Good location but room a bit tired Location is excellent 6 We didn't actually see anyone on our arrival but were greeted with a intercom that took ages for someone to pick up. Our arrival was late in the afternoon though it was a public holiday. Staff were friendly when we did see them. Location is very good. Room was very tired but comfortable for the one night. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Good location
