"I was so lucky to have found Little Charm Hanoi Hostel. I almost booked a different hostel, until I stumbled upon this on Agoda! It's one of the best hostels I've stayed at in my 7 months of continuous traveling. The first hostel where beds are made for you daily and towels can be changed daily if you wish. Lots of toilets and shower rooms on every floor so you won't have to queue. Everyone in the staff was GENUINELY NICE. Zoe on the front desk was always helpful and Antonio the Spanish-speaking vietnamese staff. Guy who checked me in was so nice as well, but I didn't get his name. Breakfast was amaaaazing. I did not expect it to be so good. You are given lots of options on a menu card, but on top of that, there's even a buffet spread for fruits, vegetables and drinks (juices, vietnamese coffee, tea, water). Not only that, the hostel even has a pool with jets! The common area is also nice. You get a quiet work area on the second floor, or you can hang out at the restaurant as all their seats are comfy and all areas are work-conducive. So handy when you're working while traveling like me. It was so good, we extended 2 more nights (direct at the hostel) and we booked again for when we come back to Hanoi. Also, the hostel holds your luggages for you (in a storage room with bag tags) if you want to check out and go to Sapa/Halong Bay for a couple of days. Really can't ask for more! If you don't stay here when you're in Hanoi, you'd be missing out on a lot! Hanoi is chaotic but this hostel is your little oasis in the middle of all that! The best!"

"I had a great trip to Hanoi at Delicacy Central hotel. The room is so nice arrangement with a street view from the window and convenient desk for me to work. The restaurant for breakfast on the 11th floor is a nice place with very good food and great service. The Sky Bar on the 12th floor will be a relaxing place and a good choice for you to close a busy day with a great cocktail. The best in this hotel is their great staff with kind and attentive hospitality from the Reception area, Restaurant, and the bar, that made us feeling happiness when staying here. I'd love this hotel. Absolutely will come back on my next business trip in Hanoi. "

"The hotel is very very good. Cater mostly for Japanese customer, you can expect they have their room to the best of quality. The only down-side it that it seem to be far from many things like restaurants or a park to scroll along, or those little lakes that dot Hanoi. All in, good."

"Thank you Old Quarter View Hanoi Hostel for making my stay here in Hanoi wonderful and comfy 😊 It really is a home away from home 👍 The room is very clean and the free breakfast is the best free breakfast that I've tried ever in my 1 year of traveling outside the Philippines. Special mention to the accommodating staffs Jenny and Thu for booking my Halong Bay Tour with Swan Cruise which I enjoyed a lot! Hopefully I can visit Hanoi again and will definitely stay in this amazing hostel 😊😍"

"we stayed at hotel nikko hanoi for 3 nights. it was a wonderful stay. front counter staffs were friendly and smily. there was a conceige counter manned by experienced japanese staff who speak fluent english, to give advise on what to do, where to eat and what to avoid (independent cabby)in hanoi. we have a spacious room at the 10th floor, facing a circus and lake from far away. the room was tranquil, in stark comparison to the hassles of hanoi street below. i enjoyed myself sitting by the window observing the people of hanoi commute on their bikes over a cup of coffee. there was a swimming pool but it seemed to be under utilised and no lifeguard/hotel staff around. the pool is located at the back of the hotel. its very quite and obscured, so be careful to let your kids swim in the pool unsupervised. we have tried one restaurant in the hotel. it was a paid breakfast as our booking does not include the breakfast. we paid about but kids under 5yrs old dined for free. it has a good spread of selection. the hotel has its own affiliate taxi fleet, so there will be a taxi always ready to fetch you anyway you wish and you can pay the cabby either vnd or usd or use credit card on these taxis. these cabbies charge a fixed rate if you are heading to the airport .if you plan to visit halong bay, you can take a private tour for a day trip but the journey is tiring. 4 hours on car to reach the nearest city. 4 hours on the cruise and then another 4 hours back. you may consider overnight stay on the junk and come back to hanoi fresher the next day.
