"I have nothing but positive things to say about the Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel and Resort. Ive stayed in other hotels in the Jomtien area before and this was above and beyond any of them. The location of the Hotel couldn't be better as it gives you easy access to Pattaya, the harbor, and Jomtien. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, most spoke decent English and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable with great views of the beach, refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, bottled water, etc.. The breakfast buffet was the best ive ever experienced in Thailand in the 30+ years ive been coming here. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting Pattaya in the future. San Francisco, CA "

"There are too many options in Pattaya, at the same price point, that have RELIABLE internet and non-anemic air conditioners. This hotel is in a good location and the staff are great; however, that can be said of many hotels in Pattaya. If you drive a vehicle to this hotel, there is a good chance your vehicle will be trapped in the parking lot when you want to use it. The internet was available, maybe, 30% of the time we tried it, and we slept above the blanket because the A.C. was terrible. The maintenance people said it takes a while for it to get cold. Apparently, "a while" is more than 2 days."

"I chose Tune after staying at one of their hotels in the Philippines. I hadn't booked a hotel in Pattaya and needed one quickly, so I chose Tune. The room was exactly the same as the Philippines--clean, comfortable, and basic, and in a reasonable location. If you have stayed at a Tune hotel before, then you know what you will get here. All the basics, and anything extra--such as more towels or changing the sheets, costs more. Location is North Pattaya, the opposite end of Pattaya from Walking Street. If you want to be around Walking Street, choose another hotel. If you want a quieter location, but still convenient to the beach, this is an ideal location. "

"I've stayed at many budget and mid priced hotels in Pattaya , and I would say this was the best overall. I booked it based on the price (less than 1000 baht) and the photo's on Agoda. I've seen reviews criticising the amenities but the photo's are true and accurate of what you're going to get. The rooms aren't huge (25 sq m)as a kitchenette is included but were fine for me. I had very little dealing with reception staff - but they were efficient and helpful on all occasions. The room service and security staff were always smiling and very helpful. There are washing machines you can use for 30 baht or the hotel laundry service. There is a laundry,7/11 and street cafes just outside.. A Big C supermarket 10 mins walk away, mototaxis opposite. It is a ten minute taxi ride away from the beach. The gym and sauna were fine for me the location was ok - if it was nearer the beach you'd be paying twice the price and probably have a lot of noise from bars etc. Overall very good."

"We had a nice stay in Tevan Hotel. The bed is quite big and the room is very spacious. My only comment is the accesibility to public transport since tuktuks are not available in the area and only motorcycle are available in the area. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"We stayed 4 Nights with my 2 friends. The Room we booked by Online was not the one they had given us. This was very small for 3 people and brought to their attention, they had upgraded to a fantastic family room with out any extra payment. The first notable thing that we feel about this hotel is the freedom that we enjoy during our stay , no hustles, no interference from any side.... very good breakfast spread, different dishes..... only a small thing we felt in convenience that we faced during our stay is the group booking they do take from tour operates across the glob which gives us big croud in restaurants while on breakfast time. "loved this hotel. we originally stayed 4 nights and then later came back for another 5 nights. the best thing about this hotel is the views. every room has an awesome view. they each have a balcony (most with a couple of chairs on them to sit and enjoy the view). the rooms are modern, clean and beautifully presented. the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. the location of the hotel cannot be beaten. it is at the quieter end of jomtien beach road, however still an easy walk to all of the restaurants, bars etc. bhart buses came past all the time. never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a bhart bus, and for 10 bhart per person you can travel the length of jomtien. these same buses go through to pattaya. the hotel has 2 wonderful pools, and the beach is across the road. the breakfasts offer an extensive choice of food, although the hot food is not always as hot as you would like. the beds at the hotel have hard mattresses, however this appears to be the norm throught all of thailand. when booking through agoda the value for money is exceptional.i would recommend this hotel, and i will be returning!!!"
