Samarinda hotels & accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in fact extended it for an extra night. The pool area was excellent and the spa treatments were lovely as well as good value. Only drawback was that their wifi was not available to apple devices such as iPhones and iPads. Nice and very clean hotel in Samarinda. Choose riverview room for best view and enjoy the Mahakam River in the afternoon. Good breakfast and services. Location a bit far from the city centre, but it's ok since there was no traffuc in the city. Very recomended hotel definetly!

i spent many times to stay at midtown Surabaya, then I have chance to try to stay at midtown Samarinda. they manage to keep the excellent standard compare to midtown Surabaya, and in samarinda the location is strategic, walking distance to food center and many places to go.

I booked two rooms a week before arrival and requested connecting room as I stayed with my teenage kids, the front office said that she will provide it but eventually when we're checked in, there was no connecting room left and instead, we asked to stay in a different level. seriously? but after waiting almost 30 mins we finally got rooms on a same level. it was quit...

my stay in samarinda was perfect thanks to the hotel, its proximity to everything in the city and the excellent service of the hotel staff. i was disappointed that i did not have enough time to use the massage service, but am sure to include it in my schedule during my next trip. i will be visiting samarinda frequently and will not want to stay at any other place.

The hotel location is okay if you don't have any transport, because there are no taxi in samarinda. I have to rent a car and hotel staff helped me to get it. next day I used public transport with unfriendly driver. but it is Easy to find shopping centre and eating face of hotel. But be careful when raining it is deep flooding in cross road next the hotel. Unfortunately...

I booked it for 3 days. I couldn't sleep because of the bad smell coming from the bathroom. I asked the room service to change the room, they changed it but still stinky. I killed two cockroaches and a number of mosquitoes. I couldn't find the gecko in the room they moved me to. the breakfast which is included is too bad. four items taste so bad and no more. they never...

Nothing really within walking distance, and the staff had no knowledge (or even maps) regarding tourism. They weren't aware of any ferry service upriver, or even the going rate for a taxi to Tenggarong. But for non-tourists, it would be an okay hotel. Samarinda hotels in general are not set up for tourism. None of the hotels listed in agoda is close to the Samarinda b...

This was my fourth or fifth stay. This hotel might be the only reasonably priced hotel in Samarinda, where everything is expensive. This stay, however, was the worst. The bathroom was clogged, water couldn't flow out. Instead, dirty water flow in from the sewage to the bathroom.
