It's very comfortable here, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom still has some black stains on the floor but it seems like they can't be removed, the toiletries are complete, the shampoo and soap smell nice, during check-in I was offered an upgrade to a suite room which I immediately accepted, it already has a smart TV, the AC is cool, the breakfast porridge is delicious, I haven't tried the swimming pool and gym yet, I have to try them next time. The security is not very active, even in front of the lobby they just stand there without greeting or even asking if there's anything needed.
From Agoda, I got this 4-star hotel in a strategic location in the middle of Bekasi, near Pakuwon Mall. The check-in and check-out were quick. I booked 2 rooms, and 1 room was upgraded to a more spacious junior suite because it had a guest sofa. The swimming pool is nice, the gym is good, and the children's play area is great... unfortunately, there is no minimarket kiosk, and it would be better if there was a billiard. The breakfast has too few variations and is just average for a 4-star hotel, and there is a strange rule that towels cannot be requested but are delivered at 5 PM... and they actually delivered them at 6:45 PM... quite frustrating... what if there is an event at 4 PM but towels are not available... and no foot towels are given in each room... also, there are no towels at the pool either, plus the staff there... even though it's close to a coffee place, but it's really muddy.

The welcome drink is really delicious, the staff are all friendly, and the facilities are satisfying. It’s quite fulfilling if you want to stay with family. For the experience regarding 2hr, it is very good related to the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff and other employees, starting from the security guard, the cleaning staff... they are friendly and serve well... next time I will definitely come here again.. even though I like to switch hotels when on vacation, this one makes me want to keep staying and staying again.. because it is close to home and the malls..
