“Location is amazing.”
The location is convenient as it is between Sakae Station and Yabacho Station. The hotel is very small, but it has everything you need inside. The bed size is such that two people must sleep close together. Right outside the hotel, there is Ichiran Ramen, which is great for a breakfast-like meal at 7 AM, and there are many bars and convenience stores in the area. However, since it's near a club, I would not recommend it for families with young children on weekend nights. It was nice that basic amenities like skin care, cream, sunscreen, and cleansing products were provided. However, you have to pick them up in front of the reception on the first floor. There was no cleaning during the three-night stay; it starts on the fourth day. Towel replacements are done as per hotel policy and are quite frequent. I plan to revisit due to the good cost-effectiveness and highly recommend it.

“Value-for-money hotel”
Advantages: 1. Excellent location 2. Not many hotels suitable for families with children, but can stay in a twin room without extra charges. 3. Spacious bathroom with a bathtub, making it convenient to wash the kids. 4. Affordable accommodation rates. Disadvantages: 1. Noisy on weekend nights due to the busy area, with many intoxicated people. 2. Rooms are small, making it difficult to open luggage. 3. Cleaning is done only once for stays of three nights or more. The advantages outweighed the disadvantages. Saved on accommodation costs to enjoy Hitsumabushi and do a lot of shopping.

“On a trip for a live performance...”
I decided to go to Nagoya with a friend for my favorite artist's live concert. We stayed at this place, which was relatively cheap and only one train ride to the venue. The room was cute, featuring a green theme, and it really boosted my spirits! The unit bath was also spacious and nice! When we went outside, there was a convenience store nearby, as well as some bars, and with just a little walking, we found a Don Quijote, so it was really convenient! It was a bit disappointing that there was only one power outlet near the bed, but the room was so nice that it didn't really matter. I would love to stay here again if the venue is close!

“Affordable prices”
You can stay at a reasonable price, and the rooms are clean. It's not very spacious, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who want to relax comfortably, but it's recommended for those who are okay with a certain level of comfort. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is convenient. Yaba-cho station might be closer than Sakae.

“The prices on Agoda are reasonable.”
I was able to stay for *** yen or less with my reservation on Agoda. I think the service for the price is very good. The bath left a bit of an impression of being worn, but the coin laundry was new and clean, which was nice for washing clothes. I wasn't quite sure how to use the QR code on the laundry machine (it seemed like it was available to use while all of them were operational). The place in the downtown area felt a bit cluttered, but it was nice to have some retro cafes nearby.
