Where to stay in West Nusa Tenggara
West Nusa Tenggara hotels & accommodations

This must be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. If you stay in the Ocean View Club Suite you will absolutely LOVE your time at this Resort. The staff are the most amazing, cheerful, smiley and helpful I have experienced at any hotel and I have stayed at many resorts. This resort made the Laguna in Nusa Dua seem shit. Especially the same comparison!

Really good place to stay, compared to other hotels at Gili T this place is located at the west of the Island, away from the crazy parties of the east island. the view at the beach is superb This is one of the best hotels in Gili T in facilities (when compared to the others) The pool is olympic and amazing. Everyone really friendly but they dont understand that well...

amazing service by all staff at kebun. hotel transfers waited for us even though we were 2hours delayed. we got to the hotel and were greeted with a drink and wet towel. then promptly shown to our amazing room. the photos dont do this place justice. we booked a trip to the gilis through the front desk and wow! what an amazing trip. the hotel is located right behind ...

this hotel earned its exclusiveness of the island because the beach just feels like it was our own private beach, different than other gili trawangan region (west and south side of the island) that is fully packed with hotels and bars. for travellers that is looking for a place that's quiet and beautiful, to relax and avoid the crowded nightlife, this hotel is perfect....

We are a group of friends of 5 person. We had experienced the 7.0 earthquake exactly after our late check in. However in such a terrible situation, the hotel staffs still act in a professional way to taking care all their hotel guests. They tried their best to accommodate us, provide us with blankets, drinks & breakfast in the situation of limited sources. We felt ver...

We stayed in 3 hotels while staying in the Gili Islands. They were all great, but Pink Coco was the best! The staff is amazing and treats their guests with 5 star service. We got our room upgraded upon arrival, but decided to take our original room because it was on the top floor and was quieter (you could hear people above you if they moved chairs, etc). The pool was ...

We picked this hotel mainly because of the value and reviews people gave. We only had 1 night in Lombok since we stayed mostly in Gili and had to catch a 6am flight the following day. The front desk reception was very kind to advise us what time we had to leave the hotel and booked a taxi for us for 430am. She was even kind to let us know that they will prepare a break...

Only had one night at Avia, but it was a night to remember. The pool was very clean, staff always ready to help, the nightly barbecue offered big portions and the room as well as the private pool were very clean. The rustling of the thatched roof in the wind offered respite from the thumping coming across the water from Trawangan, but we were so tired and the bed was c...

This IS how other high class hotel should look up to. The level of service and staff attitude should be a hallmark for a 4 star hotel other international hotels should emulate. I stayed in room #4 thru Agoda which is the Cozy budget room. This is 1 of 4 small rooms that is 2-storied. Bottom floor is the bathroom and sitting area. A spiral stairway lead upsta...

I had a perfect stay. Literally everything this resort did was 5-star. From the chilled mango juice upon arrival after a long day of travelling, to the warm smile and eye contact of every single staff we walked by. You see, I come from the USA. I am used to the highest living standard the world has to offer, so you can assume I'm very picky. During my stay here, there ...

After I did travel from Gili island , I choose this hotel for the last stop and this is my right choice ever! I was booked as a Neima ,when I came in the room ,is it so fabolous , all the photo I saw in here are true, well open bathroom , nice living room with many choices tv programme, the bed is awsome. First day, I was tired, so I stay in hotel's restaurant, althoug...

We live in Jakarta so we really appreciated the fact that there were no cars or motorcycles on Gili. The service provided by the Gangga dive shop was great. They collected our gear the first day we arrived. They had it ready to go on the boat everyday (and washed and dried it every evening). The dive conditions were fantastic with great visibility and lots of sealife. ...

Stayed 5 nights here. The resort is new, the infrastructure is excellent with rooms well furnished & in-room router for strong wifi. Other amenities : cable-TV, good restaurant, pool, good room service, bicycles@ IDR40k/day. Lounge chairs outside room. The resort is also situated somewhat close to the middle of the island - convenient to head west for sunsets pics in ...

Negatives: The rooms are not the same for Garden View. We booked it because of the great look/ description in the hotel website but the actual room can be different depending on whether you get the new villas or old villas. New villas will have the outdoor rain shower. Old section has normal rooms that look just like any other 4 star hotel room. The rooms are not full ...

Even before we arrived, the way the owners replied to my email, I could tell that they have put in a lot of effort to make the Puncak perfect. If there was a stronger word than perfect, I would use it. From the time we arrived, we experienced the best hospitality in my entire life (and I travel almost every month). The rooms were perfectly clean and extremely comfortab...

I only wish I had booked two nights, I had only intended to stay in Mataram for 1 night and ended up booking the Golden Palace afterwards. I really can't find any faults in the service, appointment, look and feel of the rooms, the food was excellent, however different to my usual experience in Indonesia the portions were huge, I regret wasting some perfectly cooked fo...

I think this is the second best hotel in the island. Even though I found a scorpion in my bedroom. So please go on reading, because giving a score to a hotel in Gili is not a simple matter. Swimming with colored fish and turtles in Gili was one of the highlights of our Indonesian trip. Really incredible. But there's a price to pay: you have to stay in Gili islands, an...

We stayed at the Novotel Kuta for 3 nights in August. On arrival we were informed that they had overbooked and the deluxe room we had booked was not available. We were then offered an upgrade to a villa, however this upgrade was not complimentary as it should have been and they made us pay an extra $100 USD. The room was amazing and we still got it for a lot cheaper th...

Excellent. I was with my eldest daughter who was 20 and my youngest daughter who was 5. Both enjoyed their stay so much. We built sand castles, looked out for nice corals or shells, swam in the pool, lazed around, went to Sengigi for lunch some days, visited the pearl farm, headed Gili one of the days and enjoyed the huge waves. A tip, please bring your booties (scuba)...

After my initial booking for 4 nights I extended for another 3 - this place is impossible to leave. I've worked and lived in Indonesia for several years now, this is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at! The staff is incredibly friendly, so attentive and never stops smiling. Loved all the little details and amenities, from the lemon or cucumber flavoured water ...

Villa Karang is very close to the Gili Air harbor which meant we didn't have to pay a horse & buggy to take us to the hotel (they charge a fortune, 150K IDR for a 10 min ride??!). They didn't have our room ready just yet but gave us a free welcome drink and a cool refreshing cloth (we'd just hiked Rinjani so we were filthy). Within 10 min we were in the room which was ...

We rented a villa w/pool, the best value for the money. So nice to just relax in your own room pool outside your villa. Room was equipped with everything, even a dvd player. Outside modern rain shower shower head. Free bicycle rental to all guests staying there. It is about a 5-7 min bike ride to the main road. The main mode of transport is the horse drawn buggies, so ...

Origin Lombok provided a fantastic service for the entire duration of our stay. The room was lovely and clean, with all the necessary facilities and amenities. The enclosed bathroom is absolutely perfect, containing a walk in shower and toilet, simple but with some nice touches to make it feel high end. There is also a mini bar, tv, safety deposit box and terrace with ...

I loved this hotel. It had a wonderfully grand, old world feel to it. The gardens are breathtaking, with some gorgeous trees and plants, better than Kew Gardens. Wandering around I felt like I was in paradise. The beach is not the best in the world, the sand is not so white and the water not so clear. But it was pleasant enough. You may find it hard to get a sun lounge...

We stayed for 4 days , this hotel is a fantastic hotel with lots of shops, restaurants close by , the breakfast was excellent ,and their evening restaurant was reasonably price with delicious food . Our sea view room was beautiful, the best quality about this hotel is their wonderful, professional staff . I had to deal with calls and emails from home as my bank card w...
Cheap places to stay in West Nusa Tenggara

This oasis in the centre of Gili Air has been fantastic for us. One of the best value accommodations of our trip across Asia, with a delightful pool and sunbathing area and free (and reasonable) breakfast. The recently built wooden bungalows were comfortable, with new mosquito nets and soft thick mattress beds on the floor. Wifi was generally excellent and staff always...

This hostel has the best area with hammocks and beanbags on the second floor also i can use the pool opposite the hostel. All of the staffs are very friendly I couldn’t feel uncomfortable during I stay in this hostel. It was really awesome place. I hope to visit again next time :)

I arrived for one day and I stayed a week! Definitely it's not the best hostel in "proper" terms, but Dika and his amazing family makes the difference and beats all the rest. Friendly, always smiling and willing to help. Also, in all those days, everybody that came were extremely respectful, and never made a noise etc. If you're looking for party, don't come he...

As a solo traveller i travel on a budget . I used to go to local gym once i get to a place ( and its a budget too ) so find accomodation who include free access to the gym is awsome ! Also the free breakfeast worth it ! I stayed in the cheapest place they have ( dorm with fan ) but everythinh was good value for money and clean . Also really nice people and staff there ...

Qurnia's Homestay is just a few minutes from the beach and she and her family that run it were so kind to me and my friend. Me and a friend had a budget double but they have a few types of rooms depending on your needs. It's definitely the people that make the place and this was one of the best because of the owner.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was a great location just a 5min walk from the boat terminal and main area with loads of restaurants, bars and beach. Rooms are very basic but so cheap so well worth the money plus the breakfast was great too. Staff were very helpful, if they are not manning the reception of Syifa1 they are across the walkway in Syifa2. Always there to ...

Comfortable rooms, clean and air conditioned. Wifi is good. The guys working the front are so funny! Just love their friendliness and cheerful attitudes..they're always full of jokes. They're very helpful when it comes to ideas for what to do and see around the island. Breakfast is good, banana pancakes are very tasty. Would definitely recommend! Definitely book in adv...

This was by far the best homestay we have stayed at in Asia! The owners are so helpful & polite and made our stay wonderful. The location is great! It's just out of the hustle & bustle were you can enjoy a quiet sleep, but 2 mins do the path your at the beach! 😊 Free tea and coffee during the day! Tasty. & free breakfast in the morning. The banana pancakes are ama...

Very good location, you can rent scooter straight from the Hotel 50.000rp. The only down can be if you have loud neighbor you can hear everyhing. Other than that, breakfast is good and the host are just beautiful ppl you can talk and ask them questions they will help you. I will recommend specially if you're just passing by

Warning - the location of the place on Agoda is wrong. Pondok Anjani is located pretty close to the harbor (5 min walk). From the harbor turn left and walk along the beach. After about 100 meters (at a clinique) turn right. Walk on the road until you find the homestay on your left hand side. We booked a double standard room with A/C. The room we got was excellent. Ve...

This hotel is commonly know as Bulan Baru or New Moon, located just before Living Asia Hotel (also commonly known) This was a transit stay before I head to Gili T, which I thought I could save on taxi fare as it's nearer to bangsal harbour to catch the ferry. This hotel is quite a distance from Sengigi Center, meter taxi cost abt 26k. Motorbike transport will ask for 2...

We can call this place our second home. The staff is amazingly cheerful and helpful, like your own family. We booked a room for a few days and we stayed for 3 weeks! The room is basic but in the same time cute and cosy, comes with your own bathroom and a little private porch where you get a delicious breakfast (banana omelet with choc) every morning. There is also fre...

This is a great place for the pice, and the staff are very nice, you couldn't go wrong with Indah Homestay. The WiFi quality is poor most of the time, but functions. You won't be streaming HD video, but you should be able to check your email and upload that work report without too much difficulty. Room quality is excellent for the price point, and the bathroom was go...

-Nice View , specially the homestay on top where Ive been stayin -fair price for what u get (120 Rupiah) -breakfast was included, but Pancake has always been half liquid. I felt really uncomfi for the women makin them for me I felt like I am forcing her to do it which wasnt the nicest feeling -bikes not insured overall: nice stay to explore beaches around Kuta!...

Stayed at Sendo Hotel Lombok is like stay at my home. They give best service with smile. Although Sendok Hotel Lombok is not star's hotel, but they will serve you like a 5th stars hotel. Best enviroment with small swimming pool and small park around your room will make you comfort. They also have best breakfas, not too much but satisfied.

Helpful Mega, the young girl at the reception. Clean room. The AC is the best in town! Internet in the room is good. They serve you breakfast on morning and you can also use the outside kitchen to make your own meal. Free coffee/tea. Quiet at night. 7 minutes walk to the beach! Little con, your are not in the middle of the action, but with all the motorbikes here, you...

We booked ombak home stay for 4 days and we stayed 7 at the end, apart that everything is clean that have good ubication and that nothing went wrong what makes the diference was the people that works there, specially ewan, this guy really understand what means customer service,he is always smiling and helpfull,if you need something he will be always ready for you to help ...

We had a great stay here, nice bungalows with big bathroom inside, and as in many other places cold shower. Lovely views with and hammock outside, very calm and quiet apart from the mosque, but this is understandable being in Indonesia. Good breakfast and in general very good food. The staff is super nice, some nights they play music and anybody can join them. We wante...

A great, little, family run guesthouse. The room is big & has A/C with a huge bathroom attached. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and is tasty - you can also eat it on your porch! Or in the restaurant which does some cheap, delicious local dishes in big portions. We had the veg & Tempe curries which we'd recommend. Overall a lovel...

This was just an amazing stay!! The staff is really hearth warming and helpful. Specially Dadi is always there and acompany you on your trips. The room and the bathroom are very specious and super clean. We liked our outdoor bathroom :-) Motor bike can be rented there for a cheap price. Breakfast is really good. We definitely recommend this beautiful homestay and would...

We enjoy a lot in la Favela, the staff is very friendly and nice people, the best! Great environment, you can drink some beers in the pool. The rooms are clean, every day they do room service for change the towels and clean the flor. Is 10 minutes walking to the beach. Thanks so much we spend a very good time there

We stayed there two nights and Mohammed and his family were super nice with us. The place is simple but surrounded by a wonderfull quiet mountain landscape, away from town, you can reach the city in 10minutes by a scooter you can rent at this place. He is a really helpful and sweet guy.

We chose this Homestay only as a transit point. And that's exactly what it was. The good thing is there is plenty of street food options around. The sheets were once used, the room was dark, the shower mouldy. Receptionist was friendly and took us to the airport (for the price of 150000 IDR), but we couldn't understand why we had to wait for the check-in time and sit i...

I never experienced anything similar in more than one year of travel through whole Asia. The people that run Sahabat homestay seem to be really nice, but if they can scam you, they will. My girlfriend and I were travelling through Lombok and recognized their "AC Standard Room" online and decided to book via Agoda. The payment was accepted and the booking confirmed. Onc...

The place is really relaxing and comfortable. Bungalows are perfect: big bed, wifi, aircon and outside seating area. The toilet room is huge and there is no roof on the sink and shower area. Breakfast included: tea or coffee, mixed fruits and pancakes. The owners are nice, friendly and open to make your stay perfect. It is located about 8 min walking to the harbour. To...

we stayed for 3 nights in an ocean view room with an extra bed for our 6 year old son. it was a perfect holiday for us. although it was quite rainy and windy while we were there, there was enough intermittent sunshine to get a tan and enjoy the pool. our airport pickup provided by the hotel set the tone for the rest of the stay - the driver was warm and spoke exce...

It's a paradise on earth especially if you travel with children, there are tons of activities going on at Novotel Lombok. We stayed at the Villa for 2 nights, my only regret is that we should have stayed longer. We enjoyed every single moment at Novotel and the only time we went out was to have lunch at Ashtari. Check in was fast and efficient. The room was ready upo...

Didnt put much expectation, but the airport transfer are excellent, breakfast is so-so in this area so I just give it a go,i assume the room totally use efficient energy or some kind of low emitting light else people would assume they use cheap lighting to reduce cost, the swimming pool also a bit smaller than i thought but I already put my expectation and its doesnt b...

Jeeva the soul of paradise, literally meant in Indonesian and it reflect perfectly what it's called. We stayed for 3 night and regret we did not stayed in the villa. Beautiful villas, well appointed design. It's modern and very relaxing environment. But the most amazing part of it was the staff. People who work at jeeva always smiley and always there to assist. If I ...

We spent almost 3 weeks in Bali and Lombok, and our trip to Mahamaya on Gili Meno was the highlight for us for sure. The rooms were super clean, comfortable and a good size. The price included free bikes, snorkeling gear and kayaks, and an la carte breakfast was plentyful, and there was a buffet of fruit, yogurt, and Indonesian food if the a la carte menu did not sat...

Although the villas are not in the central area of Gili T, everything the villas offer outweighs their minus points. Firstly, the villas have modern architecture with lots of space. The big couches and tables at the reception area are nice. The mini bar and restaurant are well organised. There is a clean playground, pools and a couple of private villas, too. Secondly, ...

the best hotel in Gili Trawangan. nice garden, lotsI of coconut trees. have a beautiful beach club. the best service, you are like the most important person on the island. and the staff, Yuda. I think the hotel should give him the best employee award. Yuda handle me perfect from the first day to the last day at the hotel. Cheap hotel. Good atmosphere. Nice bedroo...

Mola Mola is a fantastic resort! The location is perfect; I would say its situated on the best part of the island. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The free bicycles are a lovely touch. The pool however had a bit of a murky green color and not very inviting. Then again, who needs a pool when you have the ocean on your doorstep! Ample choices for breakfas...

Pandawa offers good facilities for the right traveler, but service was below what you might expect. The saltwater pool is an awesome beach alternative for the day, free of the sharp coral bits & sand at the beach. The rooms are clean, nicely furnished & have daybeds inside & on the porch. And it's spot on the best east/west road on the island. Beyond this, don't ge...

Located on the quiet west cost of gili trawangan with beautiful sunset, the resrurant of hotel is located at the beach with spacious dining hall and tables, chairs, beds on the beach for view of sunset. We had a great time at Kies. First booked three nights in a Deluxe Studio, which offers lots of comfort: comfortable couch, minibar, desk, a king size bed, outdoor bathroom with rain forest shower...and a lot more. We liked it so much so that we directly booked three further nights just on the arrival day. Unfortunately, the Deluxe Studio was not available anymore, so...

important thing to know about jeeva beloam is at remote area, bad road, no signal, and no electricity on scheduled time me and my husband already know and prepare ourself for this, but what we get is beyond expectation the hotel itself only have 11 room and since they know we're on honeymoon, they gave us room no 11 which have the best view for sunrise. very toughtfu...

The location of the hotel is awesome. It's only 2 mins walk from the harbour. I booked a Seaview tent, but was assigned to a tent at the second row, where half of the view has been blocked by the tents in the first row. The water from the shower head in my tent was extremely slow and and the TV was not functioning. Fortunately the hotel staff was friendly enough to cha...
Luxury hotels in West Nusa Tenggara

My stay at Kokomo was great! The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The Kokomo restaurant has unbeatable views and it is a great swimming spot. The food and cocktails were also delicious and well priced. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. The best breakfast that I had in my whole stay in Bali. I liked that Kokomo was far enough from the main hub of Gili T to get aw...

Tugu is located far away from airport, it would take 2 hours on average, the location is at the north west of Lombok, above Senggigi beach, we got lost a couple of times as we were travelling at night and in the rain, more road signs would certainly help Upon arriving, through small village road, we were happy to see the cozy hotel fulls of Indonesian arts all over the...

We stayed in a villa with a private pool at Anema Resort for 3 nights. The villas are beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had more amenities than you could ever ask for. We wanted to have some relaxing days, so we made good use of the projector TV and the huge bath tub. The private pool was amazing as well as the lounge area out on the patio. We ha...

The Lombok Lodge has pleasantly turned out to be a five star hotel experience with two thumbs up!!! Our suite is beautifully designed with a modern touch. All room features are thoughtfully put together which made it so easy for us to feel right at home from the very first day. Sam, the staff in Ningaloo Villa is superb! must compliment and 100% for him! Very helpful and friendly throughout our whole stays in the villa, from checking in to checking out, briefing and introduction of the island attractions, housekeeping, breakfast for 6 of us, plumbing works of our bathrooms, and even helping us photo shoot! Very professional 1 staff handled al...

Very nice & clean rooms. Warm infinity pool with loungers. It’s about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach / Main Street and the resort lends bikes for free. Also about a 20 minute walk from the ferry. A couple suggestions : the road leading up to the hotel was not very clean and we saw the same garbage on it day after day. Maybe not the resorts fault but still affected...

This place was just perfect if you want quiet and relaxation. I stayed in the dorm room. AC was cold, the beds were huge and comfy. 2 bathrooms in the room. The staff were amazing and the food was yummy and such amazing prices for such a lovely place! Would def stay again!!

From the moment we were greeted at the hotel to the time we were waved goodbye at reception we had an amazing experience with this hotel. They thought of everything and all the staff including the general manager were super friendly professional and courteous.
