[Parking Information]
- Location: Hotel parking lot
- Parking is available from B1 to the 5th floor of the building.
- Only one vehicle is allowed per room. (Large and special vehicles are not permitted.)
- The parking lot is expected to fill up early on weekends and holidays. We recommend parking as early as possible.
- If the parking lot is full, you may use the nearby Sokcho Port Support Center public parking lot (a 2-minute walk / free parking).

[Important Information]
- Please provide your contact number when making a reservation so that the hotel can contact you if necessary.
- For rooms assigned randomly or assigned at check-in, a specific room or bed type cannot be guaranteed.
- The assigned room may differ from the room shown in the image, and the view may vary depending on the room.
- Minors are not permitted to make reservations. (Accommodation is not permitted and refunds are not available.)

※ Non-Smoking Policy
- All areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, are non-smoking.
- Please use the designated smoking areas.

[GOGREEN Policy]
- Sokcho I-Park Hotel participates in an environmental initiative to minimize waste and plastic consumption.
- To reduce the use of packaging and disposable products, disposable amenities other than bottled water in the room are not provided. Bathroom amenities are provided in large containers.
- For consecutive stays, room cleaning is not provided for stays of up to 2 nights. For stays of 3 nights or more, one room cleaning service is provided upon request.
(A request must be made at the front desk by 13:00 on the same day.)

[Early Check-in / Late Check-out]
1. Early check-in: KRW 20,000 per hour (payable on site)
2. Late check-out: KRW 20,000 per hour (payable on site)
- Available for up to 3 hours. (An additional one-night charge will apply if extended beyond 3 hours.)

[Room Information]
- Please check the room options, such as walk-in special rates, non-cooking rooms, and rooms with cooking facilities, before making a reservation.
- Smart TV (YouTube available), OTT services (personal account required), and free Wi-Fi
- Air conditioning, heating, wardrobe, electric kettle, tea table, chair, and tissues
- Hairdryer and bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hot water, towels, toilet paper, and slippers)
- Rooms with cooking facilities include an induction cooktop, microwave, cooking utensils, tableware, refrigerator with bottled water, and kitchenette.
- Cooking meat, fish, and other food items is prohibited. Only light cooking, such as meal kits and instant noodles, is allowed.
- Rooms with cooking facilities: Panorama Ocean View Suite Family, Panorama Ocean View Grand Suite Family, and Panorama Ocean View Penthouse (Junior/Family/Suite/Premier/Grand)
- Cooking is not allowed in all other rooms. (The in-room residence facilities cannot be used.)

[Package Information]
- All packages are based on 2 people.

- Breakfast vouchers, pool vouchers, beverage vouchers, and other vouchers cannot be used after their intended date or if they are not used as scheduled.

※ Refunds, partial price deductions, use on another date, split usage, and other alternatives are not available.

※ Additional Guests
- Please check availability and any additional charges before staying with more than the standard number of guests. (Children over 36 months are included in the number of guests, and the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.)
- One infant aged 36 months or younger may stay in addition to the maximum occupancy.
- Additional bedding or beds are not provided.

[Pet Room] Important Information for Guests Staying with Dogs
※ Only rooms labeled [Pet Room] allow dogs.
1. Up to two small dogs weighing 7 kg or less each may stay in a pet room.
(One dog is included by default. An additional fee of KRW 30,000 applies for one additional dog. More than two dogs are not permitted.)
2. Only dogs are allowed in pet rooms. Other types of pets are not permitted.
3. Dogs that have not received their basic vaccinations are not permitted to stay.
4. Upon check-in, guests must agree to and sign a pet-related agreement at the front desk.
(The agreement includes confirmation that the dog was vaccinated within the past three months and that it will be carried inside the property.)

5. Please comply with the following rules during your stay:
- In all public areas outside the room, including the parking lot, elevators, and lobby, dogs must be carried or placed in a carrier.
- Dogs are not allowed to walk freely, either without a leash or on a leash, within the property. Violations may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Dogs must accompany guests even during short outings. Leaving a dog unattended in the room may result in forced eviction, especially in the event of noise complaints.
- Please clean your dog’s paws before returning to the room after going outside.
- Dispose of feces in the toilet and place used pads in a hygiene bag before disposing of them in the trash bin.
- Additional repair or cleaning fees will be charged for any damage to or contamination of bedding, supplies, or facilities in the room.
6. Unauthorized stays with dogs will result in forced eviction and a penalty.
※ Restricted breeds include Pit Bull Terriers, English Bulldogs, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Great Danes, Malamutes, Presa Canarios, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, German Shepherds, other breeds classified as dangerous dogs, and mixes of dangerous dog breeds.

[Fees]

- Body towel, robe, and life jacket rental, plus use of sunbeds and daybeds
- Sunbeds and daybeds are available on a first-come, first-served basis on site.
※ Minors may enter only when accompanied by a guardian. (Unaccompanied entry is not permitted.)
※ Guardians are considered to have agreed to assume all responsibility for accidents and legal liability when entering with minors.

[Usage Information]
■ Please apply and pay on a first-come, first-served basis for each session at the front desk on the 6th floor. Telephone reservations are not available.
- The package includes towels and robes for the number of guests included in the package.
- Additional guests may use the pool by renting towels and robes at the front desk.
- Please wear your swimsuit in advance, put on the robe provided at the front desk, and enter at the designated time.
- Cotton/denim clothing and sports shoes are not permitted in the pool. A swim cap is required. (Caps are permitted.)
- Valuables cannot be stored, and the hotel is not responsible for loss or theft.
- The pool depth is 120 cm.

[Precautions]
- Re-entry is not permitted after entering the pool.
- Towels provided in the guest room cannot be used in the pool.
- Outside food is not permitted. (Drinking water in plastic bottles is allowed.)
- Tubes and water-play equipment are not permitted.
- Guests with extensive tattoos may enter only after covering them with a rash guard or similar clothing.
- Glass products and any items that may cause injury if broken or may contaminate the pool are not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Operating hours may change or operations may be suspended without prior notice depending on hotel policy, weather, or other circumstances.
- Please return all rented bath towels, robes, and life jackets. Failure to return them may result in compensation charges and criminal penalties.
- Sunbeds and daybeds are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available if occupied by another guest.
- Only the session selected in advance may be used. (Session changes and refunds are not available for unused sessions.)
- All pool packages are based on 2 people.
- For 3 or more people, please visit the hotel website (top right of the mobile page) → Facilities → Pool Package Reservation (advance discount) to make a purchase.
※ The pool is closed during the winter season from November to March. The operating period may change depending on local circumstances.

[Information Regarding Minor Guests]
- Minors may check in only when accompanied by a guardian. At check-in, identification, a parental consent form, and proof of relationship may be requested. If the documents cannot be verified, accommodation may be restricted.
(However, minors who have not yet reached their 19th birthday may check in without a guardian only if they bring the hotel’s designated accommodation consent form, a family relationship certificate, and a copy of their guardian’s ID.)

※ Even if a minor checks in without a guardian after submitting the accommodation consent form, mixed-gender accommodation and drinking alcohol in the room are prohibited and may result in eviction.
