“Perfect studio in the best location!”
I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay here as a solo traveler. Bed was comfortable, spacious bathroom and equipped with a washing machine. They also provide a small, drying rack in the room. While some parts of the room seem a little dusty, overall everything is pretty new and clean. Location is 10/10 as it's only 3-5 mins walk away from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal, and Sokcho beach and eye (ferris wheel) are right in front of the hotel. There is also CU and 7 Eleven in front of the hotel. Since this hotel is entirely self check-in/out, it depends on the individual but I have no issue with it. It's pretty straightforward and they also give you a security code to leave your bags in the storeroom. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who love convenience and value for money.

“Pretty decent stay”
Location - Superb Parking - could be challenging. They said they got free parking, but it could be challenging especially if you own a SUV. SUVs cannot go into the parking tower. I had to pay for the parking on the first day since I checked in quite late. View - IDK. I had room that had maybe quarter ocean view from my room. because of a building across was directly facing my room, I preferred not to open up curtains. ETC - there were couple convenience stores in walking distance and that was really comfortable.

“It's good for a trip with acquaintances/family.”
Two bathrooms / two restrooms / the view is the best. The kitchen size is excellent. Although I didn't cook anything in the kitchen, it was surprisingly spacious and convenient to use. Additionally, having two restrooms makes it easy when there are more than three people. The facilities were tidy and clean. However, there was no one at the reception... On the day of check-in, you will receive a message with check-in instructions, so if you need assistance from staff… You have to call or send a message, which can be inconvenient. Also, the parking garage seems to have underground / three or four floors above ground, but there weren't many spots available... If there aren't any spots, you might need to use the external public parking. E-Mart is a 10-minute walk away. There are convenience stores and coffee shops near the hotel and across the street, making it convenient.

“A residence-type hotel with a good location and great value for money.”
It's nice to go swimming at Sokcho Beach. There is a washing machine and drying rack, and laundry detergent was provided, so it was great for drying my rash guard. The room isn't very spacious, but there is a large table and a big refrigerator, which is sufficient for a one-night stay. The sink and dishes are ready, so it seems convenient to bring food in, but there might be some food odors as a result. We didn't eat anything in the room, but there was a bit of a food smell when we first entered, possibly from the previous guests. Overall, I was satisfied except for the lingering food smell. It has good cost-effectiveness and is clean, so I would consider visiting again.
